Happy Mother's Day!

[Victor Hugo]

English Version

I know, I know… one week has already gone, but I would like to stress this day and his value anyway.
Mother’s Day is a civil anniversary well known all around the world, where mother’s figure, maternity and her social influence are honored.
Here, in Italy, this event is celebrated every second Sunday of May and thus I dedicate this post to my mum, the woman who gave birth to me, the woman who raised me, the woman who taught and keep teaching me a lot, but more than everything, the woman who’s able to unconditionally love me and that I will always love no matter what.
A small floral thought to warm your heart and a small molto good one to warm your soul :)

To you mum, this poem:

The Mother
The Mother is like an angel who looks at us
who teaches us how to love!
She warms our fingers up,
our head in her lap, our soul in her heart:
she gives us her milk when we are children,
her bread when we are grown up
and her life always.
[Victor Hugo]
